   Submit a Request for Quote (RFQ) through the NASA SEWP Quote Request Tool (QRT), selecting DT-Trak Consulting, Inc. as a quote recipient.

   Issue the delivery order against contract 80TECH26D2083 and send a copy to the NASA SEWP Program Management Office for processing.

In accordance with FAR 16.505, agencies must provide all SEWP VI contract holders within the relevant category a fair opportunity to be considered for each order. The SEWP Quote Request Tool distributes RFQs to all applicable contract holders and satisfies fair-opportunity requirements.
