Website and device information. When you visit our websites or applications, we may automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and access dates and times.

5. SMS/Text Messaging Privacy and Terms
This section serves as DT-Trak’s SMS Terms.
Purpose of Our Text Messages
DT-Trak’s employment-related text messaging program supports communications with individuals applying for employment with DT-Trak and with DT-Trak employees.
Messages may include application status updates, interview scheduling and reminders, onboarding instructions, and employment-related administrative notices.
This program does not include promotional text messaging.
How We Obtain Consent
We collect your mobile telephone number directly from you when you choose to receive text messages from DT-Trak through an SMS consent form or another documented written opt-in process.
The consent request identifies DT-Trak as the sender and explains the types of messages you agree to receive.
Providing a telephone number, submitting an employment application, or reviewing or accepting this Privacy Policy does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive text messages.
SMS consent is optional. You are not required to agree to text messaging to submit an application or be considered for employment with DT-Trak. You may communicate with us by telephone or email instead.
If you initiate a text conversation with us, we may respond to your inquiry. That conversation does not automatically enroll you in recurring text messages.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on your application, employment status, and interactions with DT-Trak.
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for information about your messaging and data plan.
Opting Out
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from DT-Trak.
We also honor other clear requests to stop text messaging, including requests submitted using the email address or telephone number listed in this policy.
After you opt out, we may send one text confirming your request. We will then stop sending text messages unless you subsequently provide new consent.
Opting out of text messages does not prevent you from communicating with DT-Trak by telephone or email.

We may provide SMS-related information to contracted messaging service providers only as necessary to deliver and support DT-Trak’s text messaging program, maintain consent and opt-out records, and meet applicable legal requirements.
These providers are not permitted to use this information for their own marketing or unrelated purposes. We do not sell, rent, or transfer your SMS consent to another business for its own messaging.
Please do not send Social Security numbers, financial account information, or other sensitive personal information by text message.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may retain limited SMS consent and opt-out records to demonstrate consent, document compliance, and prevent further messages to individuals who have opted out.
When information is no longer needed, we delete or deidentify it in accordance with our retention practices and applicable law.
